These Vertical Inline pump has vertical shaft, with the suction and discharge connections in the casing in-line with each other. These pumps are designed for non-explosive clean and thin liquids without any solid particles. These vertical inline pump volute casing is robust in construction to avoid stress by pipe work and have radial suction port and radial discharge port. The enclosed impellers are dynamically balanced with extra smooth surface finish to ensure high efficiency.
SPECIFICATIONS
Delivery size up to 200 mm
Capacity up to 500 m3/hr
Head up to 150 metres
APPLICATIONS
Air conditioning sea and chilled water
Fire fighting
Transfer of fuel oil, light lube oil, diesel oil, etc.
Distilling plant feed systems
Portable water supply
These vertical inline pumps are vertical single-stage in-line centrifugal pumps of the close-coupled type. These are designed for circulation of liquids in heating and air-conditioning systems. Top pull-out facility permits removal of stuffing box, and impeller without disturbance to casing or suction/discharge pipework. It includes a drain at the bottom. The dynamically balanced impeller minimises vibration and increases bearing life.

Fire Fighting applications
This pump features a compact design, small footprint, and minimal installation space. It operates stably with low power consumption and is easy to integrate into various systems.
Ideal for power plants, water supply networks, municipal projects, construction, fire fighting, industrial and mining enterprises, and other sectors, it efficiently transports water and other media with similar physical and chemical properties.
Pumps can be installed in series or parallel according to required flow and head, allowing flexible adjustments to meet system demands.
Applications include: urban environmental protection, greenhouse sprinkler irrigation, construction, mining, and equipment cooling.
Key advantages:
Space-saving design
Easy disassembly and maintenance
Flexible installation options
Stable operation with low noise
Specifications:
Suction Port: DN 50–100 mm
Discharge Port: DN 50–100 mm
Flow/Capacity: 6–200 m³/h (25–880 GPM)
Head/Pressure: 6–60 m

When viewed from the pump inlet, the outlet can be positioned in one of three orientations: horizontally to the left, vertically upward, or horizontally to the right.
The motor is equipped with low-noise bearings, and the impellers are precisely balanced both dynamically and statically. This ensures smooth operation without vibration, contributing to a quieter and more stable working environment.
The pipeline circulating pump is available in both vertical and horizontal configurations. The pump head can be manufactured from either cast iron or stainless steel. The unit can be paired with a standard motor or an explosion-proof motor, depending on application requirements.
The pumps are available in multiple variants, including the basic type, flow-expansion types (A, B, C), and cutting types, with over 250 specifications. They offer a flow range of 1.5 to 2400 m³/h and a head range of 8 to 150 meters.
Applications include: hot and cold water circulation and supply, cooling tower water circulation, drainage and irrigation systems, air conditioning systems, and swimming pools.
